Chicken Genomic DNA, Male

Chicken genomic DNA, Male is pure high molecular intact  DNA extracted from freshly harvested tissues of single healthy normal donor (not a pool) using classical liquid-liquid extraction method, precisely quantified, and stored at -80^oC. DNA sample is treated with DNase free-RNase to remove residual contaminant RNA.

Quality Control: The integrity of each DNA sample is verified by denatured agarose gel electrophoresis. A260/280 is not less than 1.8. Genomic DNA is successfully digested by Hind III and tested by PCR using beta-actin primers.

Applications: Genomic DNA is suitable for PCR, Southern blot analysis, and DNA library construction.

Packing/shipping: DNA sample is routinely provided in RNase-/DNase-free TE buffer at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and shipped on blue ice or at room temperature. Sample can also be provided in any other DNA storage buffers.
